During the last couple of outings discussions have been held with members of our motorhome group...
Thank you for contacting us
But you contacted us, after we had paid for the warranty, to let us know that we would actually be covered for an additional three years due to a change in the underwriter's policy. You didn't have to contact us with this information and we would never have known the difference.
- That type of integrity is becoming all too scarce these days and it is refreshing when we do come across it. We will surely tell our friends about your company.
Thanks,
Kent and Emily Hoffman

I am very pleased with the policy
I felt it was very important to protect this expensive asset and Scott was very diligent with his timely responses and support.
He is the role model for all customer service agents in the business of providing service.
- Thank You Scott, I look forward to safe travels and never having to worry about protection & coverage if anything ever does happens when I am on the road.
Happy Trails,
Sally Anderson.

We had a problem with our holding tanks
We are very pleased with the warranty company and how easy they were to work with. I would recommend RV Protection to anyone. We have already recommended it to 3 of our friends, who have all purchased the warranty for their motorhomes now. They are a great company.

Great experience purchasing extended warranty
I had heard about the bad experiences of others who had purchased extended warranties from what turned out to be 'fly by night' companies, so I was leery of those I was finding over the internet. The extended warranty that my dealer offered, had prices on them that were more than I wanted to pay. As a minister, I always want to be a good steward of the monies that God has allowed me to have.
Then I found RVProtection.net. Scott was a 'real' person who understood my concerns. Not once did he try to push me into a decision. But just because the agent is nice doesn't mean the warranty is any good.
Making sure everything was on the 'up and up' I thoroughly checked out all the companies involved and found them to be reputable, and financially strong. I then took a copy of the extended warranty to the service manager of where I purchased my RV for him to look at. Upon looking at it he told me that it was as good or better than the policies they sold. It was also half the price of their's. Since they also service my trailer it was important to me that they would accept this warranty. He told me they would have no problem accepting it.
- I know that I researched this purchase 'to death', but I feel very confident not only with the warranty I purchased (new trailer exclusionary warranty), but I also feel confidant in the agent from whom I purchased it. I can I highly recommend Scott and rvprotection.net.

I purchased an extended warranty plan (American Guardian)
Enroute to Arizona, we lost the transfer switch in Bakersfield, CA. It was Friday noon when I called AG to see if a mobile service was acceptable..they said yes..but to be sure they were legitimate. The mobile service arrived about 2:30 pm, and by 3:00 had diagnosed the power failure as a faulty transfer switch. By that time the AG offices were closed, so I opted to have the repair done and pay for it myself, as we were due in Palm Springs for tight reservations the next day. The owner said he would call in and get authorization Monday morning, and forward the paper work to AG so they could reimburse me. The bill was $456. I eventually had to send the original signed service order to AG and at that time they promptly issued me a check for $406, which represented payment in full, less the deductible. My coach is presently in the shop with a leaking heater core, which will be covered under the program as well.
I am well satisfied with the coverage and service from both you and the insurer, I think it's essential that a person carry extended warranty coverage on these new RV's due to all the electronic components which mere mortals can't fix with a screwdriver anymore.
